Delivery & Returns

Order processing and despatch
All online orders are processed immediately. We will ensure your order is well packaged and delivered to you within 1-3 working days of your order providing the items ordered are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is stated with the product you have ordered, i.e.: special order items. Often orders placed before 12.00am will be despatched the same working day. If an item is out of stock or the item will be longer than 3 working days we will contact you by phone or email prior to processing the transaction to let you know.

If the delivery is attempted and you are out
All deliveries are courier delivered and therefore require a signature upon receipt. If you are not in when your delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card, outlining details of how you can rearrange a second delivery at no extra cost or make collection from the local holding depot. Alternatively if you work weekdays we can arrange the delivery to go direct to your work providing we have the full business name and address and a contact telephone number.

If you have only received part of your order
From time to time certain items go out of stock at but are in stock with the supplier/manufacturer, so in this case some items will leave direct from us, whilst other items will come direct from supplier to cut down delivery time to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible, which means some items may arrive before others, but still within the quoted delivery bracket.

Invoicing
Every order is despatched along with your invoice for your records. If you receive the goods and your invoice is not attached it will be due to the fact that the item has been sent direct from the supplier and in this case your invoice will follow soon after by post. If you haven't received one, please do not hesitate to contact us as copies are available upon request.

Packaging
All goods are thoroughly checked and where necessary tested prior to despatch, and are then securely packaged to ensure safe transit. We do our best to ensure the products reach you in the condition they were in when they left us, in perfect working order.

Items damaged in transit
Even though we securely package every item to endeavour that it reaches you safely and securely, unfortunately on very rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit due to the nature of the products. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged, please sign for the goods and clearly print "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please call us immediately on 0191 5655050 so that we can assess the situation. Please put all items back into the original box/packaging so that we can arrange collection and then the redelivery of a replacement. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy.

Special order items
Special order items are non refundable.
